Who does the draw and where does it take place?
The draw will be administered by the Black and Amber Jackpot Draw Committee, and will normally take place at Rodney Parade on a suitable match day. The draw will be performed by a neutral person in public view, e.g. on the pitch or in the Clubhouse, ideally the person performing the draw will be a Rodney Parade Official or player!
