Who does one Turn to when Oakland County Road Commission Refuses to Repair Storm Drains?

They are not concerned with the health hazards associated with standing water in front of homes. Susan Downey and several of her neighbors began calling the Oakland County Road Commission back in the Fall of 2008, when their front yards flooded. The first time I called, they came out and pumped the water out, said Downey. It filled up again, but they refused to return, saying it was just going to continue to be an ongoing problem.
