Hey Jules debuted April 30, 1998. It has a single webmaster… CJ Burianek. However, there have been MANY fans over the years who have donated articles, photos, stories, suggestions etc… Check out the Fan Focus… As far as site design, majority of the html is done using FrontPage. All graphics prior to 2002 were created using Corel PhotoPaint/Corel Draw. 2002 and after – Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
