Who does Five Element Qigong?
I have taught Five Element Qigong as a warm-up exercise for martial artists, dancers, bodyworkers, and athletes. It balances the the body’s energy and helps avoid injuries. Others who have learned and practiced Five Element Qigong are construction workers, bartenders, office workers, golfers, musicians, lawyers, computer workers, artists, writers, mothers, dads…regular people who are not interested in becoming qigong “masters” but want a healthy, simple set of exercises they can do for the rest of their lives. Some of my best students have been women in their eighties.
