Who does black eyeliner look best on?
Black really does look the best on everyone. It makes every single eye color pop. I always wear black eyeliner and I have light green eyes. It makes them stand out more than any other color. For some reason when I`m wearing brown I always feel like something is missing and then I`m like, “I NEED MY BLACK!” Ha Ha. I think brown looks good on both blue and green eyes. I think there isn`t much of a contrast when hazel or brown eyes wear it. Since you have brown eyes you should try dark purple! It would look awesome on you and really bring out your eyes!
