Who do we deal with from a proposal, design and then to installation perspective?
We have always felt that it is most important to deal with the same people through the entire project. Although some of the support staff may change because of their respective abilities, you will always deal with a consistent group of managers. This is important to make sure that no detail is left behind during any transition period.
