To report situations that require immediate attention (e.g., no heat, no water), call the emergency response service of Taylor Management at 1-888-267-9426. You’ll need to provide the following information: • Name of complex: Morris Place. • Your name, unit number, and telephone number. • Description of the problem. Please do not call board members regarding emergency situations. While board members are available to discuss residents’ interests, they are not emergency contacts or maintenance staff/personnel.
