Go to an open public service desk nearest the Print Station you were using. Staff there will determine whether the problem lies with the Print Station itself, the Card Swipe or your VCUCard. If the problem involves your VCUCard, you may be directed to the VCUCard office (Technology Administration Building, 701 W. Broad, on the Monroe Park Campus; Tompkins-McCaw Library Room 1-025 on the Health Sciences Campus).
