Who do I report problems on a public right of way to?
Small-scale obstructions such as barbed wire fences or problems with vegetation growing on the surface of a right of way are the responsibility of the Rights of Way Inspectors based in our Halkyn depot. They also investigate reports of unlawful ploughing and cropping. Any problems should be reported to the Rights of way Section, which passes these on to the relevant Inspector.
