Who do I make the earnest deposit check out to?
Direct your buyers to make the check out to your title company of choice or write “Sellers Choice” in the Pay to the Order section of the check. Once the bank assigns the title company, you will be notified and will need to have your buyers reissue the check into the correct title company. We apologize for any inconvenience this creates.
