Who do I inform if I see inconsistent information in iExplore?
An inconsistency may be seen because iExplore is not based on live PeopleSoft data. A general rule is that an update made today will not be seen in iExplore until the morning of the next business day. If the inconsistency continues and is student record related and you believe it is a University error, you will need to follow the University error procedure for correcting student records. Email the IT Helpdesk for escalation. If the inconsistency is program, course or class related you will need to email the Course Administration and Secretariat with your concerns. A representative will assess your email and respond with advice.
