Top All requests for system outage credits must go through our technical support team. To be eligible for a credit you must send an email request within 10 business days of the system down time with the following information: • Domain name • Your AppSite Hosting account number (ex: D30055508) • Date and duration of the down time • Phone number where we can contact you We will confirm and verify your information and apply any credit to your account within 60 days. Please email your request for credit to billing@appsitehosting.com.
