Who do I handle repairs to a warranty or non‐warranty problem with my eBite?
Please call your local dealer you purchased the unit from to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) to send your unit back Do NOT send your unit back to the manufacturer without a RMA number as it may delay your repair. Once the unit is received with a valid RMA the manufacturer will contact you directly or your dealer with a price for the repair and authorization for the repair. No units will be repaired unless it is authorized by you the customer.
