I can’t believe you got turned down when you have evidence with that phone call. What do you mean by you asked the management? Do you mean that you have been and asked the council for a move and they have turned you down? They have to move you in such circumstances. Have you been to the police and reported the call/threats? Get the backing of the police and go back to the council. You have to go and explain that you are in fear for your life and that of your daughter’s and as far as I am aware they have to move you. The only catch is that you have to accept any property in any area but there are always around that, such as if he has any family/friends around that area. You could also point out that you need to be around your family for support. People get rehoused for much less than what you have described.
