Who do I contact when the electronic classroom equipment is not working?
If there is a problem with the computers, projector, and/or the printers during instruction between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. M-TH, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Fri, contact the ITS Help Desk at x6170 to have an ITS staff member paged to provide immediate assistance. If there is a problem with the computers connecting to the network during instruction after 6 p.m. M-TH, 5 p.m. Fri, and on weekends, please call x2630 to have the ITS staff on call paged.
