Contact Zugg Software at (719) 527-0116 or support@zuggsoft.com to dispute a credit card charge. Be sure to check with any children or others who might have access to your credit card to see if they purchased any of our software using your credit card. Please always contact us via phone or email before filing a dispute with your credit card company so that we can refund your purchase without dealing with the chargeback fees that your bank will impose if you contact them first.
