Who do I contact if there is a question with my wantlist?
Any question regarding submitting your wantlist to textboobin.com, establishing your vendor preferences, the email notification or pickup of the translated response file should be directed to textbookbin.com. You may reach us by sending an email to textbin@possupportllc.com or calling 1-231-777-5571. If you are using a textbook management system from a provider other than POS Support LLC, we may advise you to contact your system provider for a procedure specific to that system. If there is a question regarding how the vendor has responded to your wantlist you should contact them directly for clarification. Top of page What if there is a mistake on a shipment? You should contact you wholesale vendor directly if there is any problem with a shipment from them. Top of page Can I return books if I dont want them or need them?
