First, go to the website https://www.getrave.com/login/MTSU and login. Double check that all of your personal information is correct and that you have at least one mobile phone number listed (if you were expecting notification by text message). If you still need help, contact the ITD Help Desk at 5345 or click the following link to submit a Help Desk ticket through Footprints: www.mtsu.edu/itd Click Report a Problem. The problem type should be Software Issues, and then choose the category MTSU Text Alerts.
