Who do I contact if I am having a problem with my AutoChlor chlorinator?
Your first point of contact should be a place where you bought the chlorinator. If they are unable to solve your problem, please contact our service department at service@tdconsulting.com.au Please have detailed description of a problem ready, preferably with relevant photos. Our staff undergoes regular training at AutoChlor facilities and we are able to solve most of the problems. In the very rare cases when we cannot help, we will refer you to AIS Service Department.
