Who do I contact if a problem occurs during my Ski & Snowboard or Lakes & Mountains holiday?
If you have a problem or accident on holiday, you need to inform the overseas supplier of the activity you are involved with, if applicable i.e. if a problem or accident at your hotel, speak to the hotelier, or if an incident occurs during an excursion, the excursion company or its agent. You must also ensure that our resort Representative is informed about any problems or incidents as soon as possible.
