What is the UIT of Second Language Writing Skills The Second Language Writing Skillstest is a self-assessment tool thatevaluatesthe test takers’ ability to express themselves, in writing, in their second official language. It is self-assessment because the results will only be seen by the test taker. The results are designed to help job applicants decide whether or not it makes sense for them to apply for bilingual imperative positions. This test is being offered to applicants who submit their application to certain advertised bilingual job opportunities using the Public Service Resourcing System (PSRS).
