Who do I contact about classroom arrangements and/or technology needs (projectors, Internet access, etc.)?
Extended Learning’s Off-Campus Lease Policy provides general information related to classroom usage agreements. Extended Learning also has Program Coordinators available to assist in making room arrangements and securing access to necessary technology (see below). There are limited projection units and other instructional technologies (i.e. document cameras) available for traveling faculty for individual class sessions. To effectively determine the most conducive teaching environment, please indicate instructional needs at least 2 months prior to the beginning of the term. Program Coordinator for Northern WV (including Parkersburg, Wheeling, Clarksburg, and Martinsburg areas): Cheryl Crowley (304) 627-2190 or Cheryl.Crowley@mail.wvu.edu . Program Coordinator for Southern WV (including Charleston, Huntington, and Beckley areas): Dr. Pam Cutright (304) 720-9570 or Pam.Cutright@mail.wvu.edu .
