Who do I complain to about extremely poor Sony customer service?

I purchased two items from Sony online store and both were unilaterally cancelled by Sony after a month because they ran out of inventory. I just find it wrong that they accepted my order and then did not fulfill it. I lost out on some of the other Black Friday deals because of this.
