Who do i complain to about a food product causing poisoning brought by pets at home?
The company who sold you the items are the ones who have to take responsibility as it is them who you have a contract with, it is then up to them to contact any manufacturer, first you would need to show that the bones probably caused the poisoning, I would write a letter outlining what has occurred the fact that your dogs were ill after consuming the product purchased from them, the fact that you are certain your animals did not consume any other item, (presuming you are certain, dogs often woof things down in the park, which have been irresponsibly discarded, and I have found food items left in my garden by foxes which would make dogs sick, however I always supervise my dogs closely so would usually know this but some people allow their dogs free garden access and lots of freedom in parks, that said my dogs have suffered gastroenteritis and the cause has never been really known), if you have any of the bones you may be able to use them as evidence, did you keep the batch numbers of t
