Who do I call if there is a problem inside my apartment of if there is water leaking into my aprtment?
If you have a maintenance issue inside your own unit, or you are renting a unit that experiences problems contact your rental agent or the owner immediately. Repairs should be coordinated through the rental agent or the owner if at all possible. If you experience water intrusion into your apartment that is coming from a unit above you, if possible, contact the unit above you to inform them of the problem.
