Who do I call if I have not received my Ontario Home Energy Audit grant cheque?
To enquire about the status of your cheque, call the Ontario Ministry of Energy Info Line at 1-888-668-4636. Be sure to have your name as it appears on the property tax bill, your audit file number, and the property address ready when you call. Alternatively, you can also send an e-mail to EnergyAudits@ontario.ca with the above information. We will check our records and send a response by email.
