Residential trashcans are allowed a 48 hour window to be out on the curb for regularly scheduled pickup. Trashcans can be out from 10:00 AM the day prior to pickup and unitl 10:00 AM the day after pickup. For residential violations, contact Jacqueline Harris, Code Enforcement Officer at (310) 802-5538 or by email. If you get the voice mail, please leave a detailed message with the address and location of the property and/or the retail store name. If you would like the Code Enforcement Officer to get back to you, also leave your name and phone number. Residential trashcans must be out of public view on non-trash pickup days.
