Please provide an address or description of the location of the fish kill, date and time. On weekends or after hours, call the Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement Hotline on O`ahu at (808) 587-0077. On weekends and after hours, neighbor island callers may call toll free by dialing the Operator and asking for Enterprise 5469.
