For dog bites, call the Napa Police Department (257-9223) and an Officer will respond. For barking dog complaints, call the Police Department (257-9223) and an Officer will go to the house to verify the dog is barking and leave a tag on the door. The Police Department will then contact the Code Enforcement Department who will send out a courtesy letter to the dog owner.
