ComEd should be the first contact for any tree concerns involving power line (800-EDISON1). Industry standards do not allow individuals who are not specifically trained with power lines to address this hazard. If the tree is on Village owned property, contact the Forestry Division at (847) 853-7600. If there is a downed line or an immediate hazardous condition constituting an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
