Who do I call about a dead, dangerous, storm damaged, or dying tree?
If your tree is located between the curb and sidewalk or 10 ft. or less from the curb if you don’t have a sidewalk, you need to call Waverly Leisure Services at 352-6263. The Parks Superintendent will physically examine the tree and determine what needs to be done to take care of the problem and whose responsibility it is. He will then visit with the homeowner about the situation. If your tree has power lines above it, you will need to call Waverly Light and Power at 352-6251.
