Who do Ebionites proselytize?
Ebionites have a mission to provide an alternative to religions which deify men, particularly Christianity that deifies the man Jesus. We are Jews, and we do not proselytize Jews. In fact we do not proselytize anyone in the classic sense of approaching people and trying to persuade them to adopt our beliefs. We will express our beliefs just as anyone else does. But people have come to us for the information and support we provide. Evyonut depends on intellect and consciousness rather than spiritual epiphanies or psychological episodes found in most “conversion experiences.
