Newly released management memos are published by the Office of State Printing electronically for all State agencies to distribute internally. However, in the case of fleet issued policies such as MM 05-08, it is always a good idea for State agencies to routinely check the OFA web site for updates and ask the local Inspector of Automotive Equipment to provide a copy of policy changes.
