The director of Collegium V is Edward J. Harpham, Associate Provost and Professor of Political Science. Dr. Harpham has taught at UTD since 1981. He is the author of numerous books and articles in political theory and American government, and a winner of the Chancellor Council’s Outstanding Teachers Award.
