Who develops the training modules?
EduCare uses subject matter experts to develop and facilitate the information in each module. If regulatory statutes require that subjects are facilitated by a RN, we follow suit to avoid any gray area during surveys and ensure compliance. Narrators are not used in the EduCare training. We also believe that subject matter experts bring real life examples and experiences to the training, adding interest and practical application. Experts are chosen from all disciplines including nursing, therapy, administration, emergency management, maintenance, staffing, dining services, and more. Modules are also reviewed by an expert panel of nurses, executives, and attorneys.
