Who develops the Midland County Waste Management Plan?
The plan, updated every five years, was developed and is maintained by a diverse group representing local government, county residents, industry, environmental groups and others. The comprehensive plan, developed by the Midland County Solid Waste Advisory Committee, is available for viewing at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.
