Robert K. Branson, as Principal Investigator, Gail T. Rayner, J. Lamarr Cox, John P. Furman and Wallace H. Hannum, through the Center for Educational Technology, Florida State University, at Tallahassee, Florida. It was prepared under a contract to the US Army and written to serve as the official procedures for developing performance-based instruction for the US Armed Forces.
