Brian McFarlane was the developer and founder of Shiver Shield. He has been an avid outdoorsman and bow hunter for nearly 30 years. Growing up in Michigan and then raising his family in Nebraska, he has been able to experience extremely cold winters and many cold hours in the outdoors. He was never happy with the bulky, heavy, and not so warm “top of the line” clothing that wouldn’t allow him to enjoying his passion for the outdoors for extended hours during these cold fall and winter months. He has been looking for a solution for many years. Shiver Shield was the answer to his uncontrollable shivering.
