Who determines when we can be converted and trained on DMS?
This will be determined primarily by both the agency and CPR Kate Campion. Kate will know what CPR staff are already obligated for. She and Mark Vangeison will also interface with the conversion programmers as to the mapping of the conversion files, testing of conversion and estimates on final conversion time and costs.
