You do. LADD defaults a shipped cost that matches the service level of the request with the shipping charge in the ILRS Code. However, the supplying library can change this charge to match their charging level for ILL. On the Action: Shipped screen under Charge Details, change the base cost, click Calculate New Cost and Ship the request.
