Who designed the modern periodic table?
Glenn T. Seaborg is credited with being the designer of the modern periodic table. He discovered plutonium in 1940 and also the transuranic elements, numbered 94 to 102. Seaborg rearranged the periodic table, and put the lanthanide series above the actinide series.
