Who designed the coat of arms ?
– We still do not know exactly who designed the coat of arms of our band. However, we know for sure that it already started to be used by 1882. In fact it was embroidered on the first banner of the band which was donated by family Camilleri. The word union was always associated with the shaking hands, which was a common trademark. The background of the coat of arms was most probably adapted from that of the La Valette Band, which again shows the association between these two societies.
