Who deserves the blame for the recent corporate scandals?
According to a recent Harris Poll: – 90% of Americans blame the dishonesty and the greed of many corporate executives. – 78% blame the greed and dishonesty of many auditors and accountants. – 72% blame government regulators for failing to enforce existing rules. – 67% blame the absence of appropriate laws to make such behavior illegal. – 30% blame President Bush and his administration.
