Who decides whether my child plays for Spitfire and which team she plays for?
The coaches, all of whom are professionals. Parent volunteers are never involved in player selection, evaluations, or team placements. Parents do handle paperwork, collect payments, manage teams, run subs at some league games, and do everything else that makes Spitfire a successful field hockey club.
