Who decides whether applications go to Planning (Regulatory) Committee for consideration?

0

Any Member of the District Council can request that an application be determined at committee. A Ward Member must be consulted when an officer recommends that an application should be refused or when permission is recommended but objections have been received. If a Ward Member disagrees with the Officer recommendation then the application is automatically referred to committee. The Council has adopted a Scheme of Delegation.
