When it is time for us to do Decent Homes work on your home we will come round to your home and complete a survey. This will tell us what needs to be done to bring your home up to the Government’s Decent Homes Standard. It may be decided after this survey that your home already meets the Decent Homes Standard. If this is the case we will be doing no work on your home.
