A. For the most part you do. First, go on-line and request the type of plan HMO or PPO; then you select the desired deductibles. The doctors in your area may or may not be part of the desired plan, in which case you will have to choose, accordingly. At the very least, you will receive a competitive quote of other insurance options in your area to compare against your current coverage.
