A group of senior oil and gas experts appointed by the World Petroleum Council from different countries, namely Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Hungary, India, Iran, The Netherlands, Norway, The Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain and the United States.
