Who decides the formats and dates of the RFMGA tournaments?

The Board meets with the Pro Shop staff to establish the dates available for the RFMGA tournaments. Every effort is made to avoid obvious holiday conflicts.Any RFMGA member may suggest a format to the Tournament Chairman for inclusion in the following years schedule.
