Who decides if a load is rejected at the CSG?

The CSG Soil Classification Officer, who is employed by the CSGC, shall decide if a load is rejected in terms of soil classification and his decision shall be final. The Receiving Officer will reject a load if the Disposal Ticket details are not correct.
